I believe that creating and building containers and spaces rooted in safety helps everyone be more creative, innovative, and comfortable taking strategic risks that yield positive outcomes.  It's why I center my leadership around empathy and empowerment.  I establish goals that sit at the intersection of the individual goals of team members, the business priorities of an organization, and the communities that will be impacted by those spaces,  to help team members feel a sense of ownership over the outcomes, and a clear pathway to see their work product evolve and receive fair recognition of that effort.  I focus on acquiring the resources to help my team do their best work healthily, remaining attentive to conditions or expectations that may perpetuate feelings of overwhelm or burnout.  As a leader, I aim to be a persistent advocate, determined planner, and consistent amplifier.

Meta Platforms

Partnerships, Programs, and Product Strategy

  1. Led Partnerships strategy for improving the verification process for creators as part of Meta Verified launch.

  2. Led partner support strategy for the launch of Hidden Words and the integration of partner feedback into future product updates.

  3. Led Partner Content Activation strategy for go-to-market for "Quiet Mode" feature, landing partners like Storm Reid, Jacob Tremblay.

  4. Co-developed and launched "Disconnect to Reconnect" program series to address Creator Burnout through multi-city community-building workshops and virtual learning sessions.

  5. Led product integration strategy for inaugural Well-Being Creator Collective, to demystify the tools available for supporting well-being and creating a feedback channel to improve the product.

  6. Led partner strategy for a $350,000 campaign to encourage creator and artist giving through Instagram's fundraising tool.

Google

Policy Development, Program Management

  1. Led the development and launch of Global Privacy, Trust, and Safety answers on Google Assistant, so that when a user asks a question like "how can I see the data Google collects?", the Assistant would give a direct answer.

Facebook (Now Meta)

Policy Partnerships and Programs, Privacy Programs, Product Operations

  1. Led product quality efforts for the successful launch of Messenger Lite in emerging markets and the U.S.

  2. Managed our privacy review process under the FTC Consent Decree for 16 product areas simultaneously, which at the time included WhatsApp, all Facebook Growth teams, Internet.org, Facebook Groups, and Facebook Messenger.

  3. Led privacy cross-functional work for the exploration and feasibility of what is now user profiles on Facebook, helping to develop a framework for this type of experience within  the scope of the policy on Account Integrity and privacy best practices.

  4. Led the partner strategy for Facebook's Community College partnerships to co-develop a certificate curriculum on digital marketing for adult learners that would increase opportunity in U.S. Economic Opportunity Zones.

  5. Managed partnerships with over 100 organizations and nonprofits as part of Facebook Community Boost, to help bring their communities out to these days of learning on growing a business on Facebook.
